Parul is the Owner and Administrator of Madison House Assisted Living, with over 20 years of healthcare and nursing leadership — including senior roles as Assistant Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Nursing, and Medical Office Administrator across hospitals, outpatient care, and home health.
As a QMAP and certified CPR/First Aid Instructor, she personally trains the Madison House team so every resident receives safe, reliable, and compassionate care.
