Madison House isn't an institution. It's a residence — a warm, home-like place in the heart of Cortez, Colorado, where seniors receive the everyday support they need without giving up the comfort and familiarity of home.
Set in the Four Corners region near Mesa Verde, our residence is intentionally smaller and more personal than a typical assisted living facility, because we believe seniors deserve to live in a home, not a building.
Our caregivers know every resident by name, story, and preference. And every family that walks through our doors knows they're trusting their loved one to people who care for them like family — right here in the community they call home.
